Is there an interview after the JMI Law written test?
Yes. The official B26 syllabus assigns 25 marks to an oral interview after the 150-mark entrance test.
Is there negative marking?
Yes. JMI's 2026-27 prospectus deducts 0.25 mark for every incorrect objective or multiple-choice answer.
Are regular and self-financed B.A.LL.B. separate tests?
No. Both are grouped under programme code B26 and use the same entrance-test and interview process; programme allocation follows merit, preference and JMI rules.
