What is the exam pattern for NEET-PG 2026?

A single-shift Computer Based Test with 180 English-only MCQs over 3 hours 30 minutes, divided into five locked time-bound groups of 36 questions and 42 minutes each.

What is the marking scheme?

+4 marks for a correct response, -1 mark (25% negative marking) for an incorrect response, and 0 for an unattempted question.

What is the internship completion cut-off for NEET-PG 2026 eligibility?

Candidates must have completed, or be likely to complete, one year of internship on or before 30 September 2026.

What is the application fee?

Rs 3,500/- for General/OBC/EWS and Rs 2,500/- for SC/ST/PwD (exclusive of payment-gateway charges); non-refundable.
