    Tier I - UID DAT (Design Aptitude Test)

    Required

    UID states Tier 1: UID DAT (100 marks), scheduled in online mode on Sunday, 11th January, 2026, as an AI-proctored online examination from home. It has two parts: Part A General Ability Test (GAT) with MCQs of 4 options, and Part B Creative Ability Test (CAT) with subjective writing and drawing questions. UID states that all candidates who appear for Tier I will be eligible to appear for Tier II. Weightage of this tier is 40%.
