- 5Pay the entrance test fee of Rs. 2,000 through credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI to complete registration.
- 6Take a print of the payment receipt and the completed online application form for your record.
- 7Submit the completed application on or before the last date published on the website.
- 8Download the admit card from the download admit card tab three to four days before the test date, and note the timing and centre address printed on it.
- 9Appear for the computer centre-based test at the allotted centre with the admit card and an original photo ID.
- 10Check the combined merit list on the website by logging in with your registered email ID and password, then attend counselling for seat allotment.

Is BMAT the same as the AIMS Test?
No document on the Bharati Vidyapeeth website uses the name 'AIMS Test'. The university calls its MBA entrance test BMAT or B-MAT, part of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test (BV-CET). Search bvuniversity.edu.in for BMAT.
Can I get into a Bharati Vidyapeeth MBA on a CAT or CMAT score?
Not according to the 2026 brochure. It states that all candidates seeking admission must appear for BMAT-2026 conducted by the university, and no CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA or state CET route is named anywhere in the MBA brochure.
What is the BMAT paper like?
A computer centre-based test of 180 minutes with 200 multiple choice questions for 200 marks - 50 questions each of Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, English & Comprehension and Management Skills. Each question carries one mark and there is no negative marking.
Is there a group discussion or interview?
Not for the MBA. The brochure's Basis of Selection rests on the entrance test rank in the final merit list and the availability of seats at the institute of your choice at counselling. Appearing in the test and being on the merit list confers no automatic right to admission.
Who can apply?
Indian nationals who have passed a Bachelor's degree of at least three years' duration after 10+2 with at least 50% marks - 45% for SC/ST candidates - and who have completed at least 15 years of formal education. Final-year Bachelor's or Master's students may apply, with originals due by 30 September 2026. Graduation done part-time, in one sitting, or on a two-year basis does not qualify.
What does it cost and where is the test held?
The entrance test fee is Rs. 2,000, non-refundable, paid online. The test is held at 62 centres across India. If fewer than 25 candidates choose a centre, they are moved to the nearest available one, and no request to change centre is considered.
When was BMAT-2026 held?
The entrance test was held on 15 February 2026. Applications closed on 8 February 2026, extended to 10 February 2026 up to 5 p.m. The result has been declared and is viewable after logging in on the university website. As of the research date the university is filling MBA seats against vacancies at institute level.
