This does not mean Gujarat ACPC shares nothing with the exams you are preparing for — only that we have not loaded a chapter-by-chapter syllabus we can compare against, so we will not guess. We compare 0 exams whose official syllabus we have traced to the conducting body, and this one is not among them yet.

FAQsPending verification
Is Gujarat ACPC an exam I sit?
Not for first-year degree engineering. ACPC is the admission committee that runs the centralised online admission process; the entrance examination is GUJCET-2026 for home-state seats and JEE (Main)-2026 for the 5 per cent all-India Government and Grant-in-Aid seats. ACPC does conduct one examination of its own, DDCET, for diploma holders entering the second year.
How is the degree engineering merit actually calculated?
For 95 per cent of the sanctioned intake of Government and Grant-in-Aid institutions and 50 per cent of the intake of unaided institutions: 50 per cent weightage of the theory percentile issued by the respective board in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (or Biology for eligible branches) plus 50 per cent weightage of the percentile of GUJCET-2026 in the corresponding subjects. For the 5 per cent seats of Government and Grant-in-Aid institutions: the All India Rank declared by NTA based on JEE (Main) 2026.
What is the minimum class 12 requirement?
A pass in the HSC examination with a minimum of 45 per cent, or 40 per cent for reservation-category candidates, in the subjects prescribed by AICTE and notified by Government.
What is DDCET and who has to sit it?
DDCET is ACPC's own offline paper-based entrance test for admission to the second year (3rd semester) of Degree Engineering after Diploma Engineering and of Degree Pharmacy after Diploma Pharmacy, on Government seats. Registering for and appearing in DDCET is mandatory to become eligible for the further online admission process on that route. Two marks are awarded for a correct answer and half a mark is deducted for a wrong answer or for more than one attempted answer.
Do I have to go anywhere in person to submit documents?
No. The committee's advertisement states that there is no need to submit or verify any document in person, that the entire admission process is completely online, and that candidates are not required to submit their original documents to institutes for the admission process. In-person reporting and payment of remaining fees happen at the allotted institute at the end.
Final eligibility and dates are always subject to the latest official notification. Content marked “Pending verification” is not presented as verified advice.
