But SSB separately advertises and conducts Constable (Non-GD), Head Constable (Non-GD), ASI (Non-GD), SI (Non-GD), Constable to Head Constable (Medical Cadre), Head Constable (Ministerial), sports-quota Constable (GD) and Constable (GD) through remusteration.
Why does this page not give SSB's exam pattern, marks or physical standards?
Because no SSB advertisement could be read. Every document on SSB's recruitment portal is delivered through a form submission with a security token instead of a direct web address, the alternate domain ssbrectt.gov.in does not exist in DNS, and SSB's website API refuses unauthenticated requests. It is not the open SSC route.
When is the next SSC Constable (GD) examination for SSB?
SSC's tentative calendar for 2026-2027 lists the Constables (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2027 with advertisement in September 2026, closing in October 2026 and the computer based examination tentatively between January and March 2027.
