Advt. No. A-1/E-1/2026 is explicitly a combined 'General/Special Recruitment' advertisement. No. In a Preliminary + Main + Interview recruitment the Preliminary paper is a screening filter: it decides who is admitted to the Main examination and its marks are not carried into the final merit list, which is built from the Main examination and the Interview.
