  2. Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base

    Strengthen school/college fundamentals in Food science basics; hygiene; knife/kitchen skills; numeracy; communication. Use textbooks plus one structured course; solve weekly problems and practise communication.

  3. Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack

    Complete a structured curriculum covering Cooking/baking techniques; menu costing; food safety; production planning; service; entrepreneurship. Pair each topic with a lab, case, answer-writing exercise or practical task.

  4. Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure

  5. Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
