Army Agniveer / Soldier follows the Agniveer, Soldier, Sailor, Airman & Defence Technical Trades route.
Phase 0 · Target, Eligibility & Reality Check
Audit degree, marks, subject eligibility and prior evidence against the target route: Online test → recruitment rally/physical → medical → merit → training. Take a diagnostic in School-level mathematics/science; reasoning; general awareness; physical fitness; classify gaps as must-have, useful or optional.

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Complete bridge modules in weak subjects, with weekly tests and notes. Convert every topic into worked examples linked to Agniveer, Soldier, Sailor, Airman & Defence Technical Trades.
Typical duration: 6–16 weeks
Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Use a competency matrix to close gaps in Trade theory; written test; physical standards; medical readiness; discipline. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
Create a notification-driven preparation plan, complete PYQs/mocks and maintain a document checklist. For degree/PhD routes, prepare statements, references and research evidence.
