Phase 0 · Target, Eligibility & Reality Check
Audit degree, marks, subject eligibility and prior evidence against the target route: Technical CBT → aptitude/medical where applicable → document verification → training. Take a diagnostic in Engineering fundamentals; mathematics; reasoning; general awareness; safety; classify gaps as must-have, useful or optional.

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Complete bridge modules in weak subjects, with weekly tests and notes. Convert every topic into worked examples linked to Railway, Metro & Transport Technical Engineering.

Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Use a competency matrix to close gaps in RRB JE/technical syllabus; diagnostics; maintenance; drawings; standards; medical categories. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.
