Phase 0 · Target, Eligibility & Reality Check
Audit degree, marks, subject eligibility and prior evidence against the target route: Train craft → repeated productions/auditions → assistant/intern work → credited portfolio. Take a diagnostic in Storytelling; visual/audio basics; performance or art fundamentals; software literacy; classify gaps as must-have, useful or optional.

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Complete bridge modules in weak subjects, with weekly tests and notes. Convert every topic into worked examples linked to Film, Animation, Gaming & Performing Arts.
Typical duration: 6–16 weeks
Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Use a competency matrix to close gaps in Specialisation craft; production pipeline; collaboration; direction; editing; portfolio/showreel. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
Create a notification-driven preparation plan, complete PYQs/mocks and maintain a document checklist. For degree/PhD routes, prepare statements, references and research evidence.

Phase 5 · Experience, Network & Professional Evidence
Target roles such as Production assistant; junior animator; performer. Send focused applications, request feedback and track conversion rates by channel.

Tailor CV and portfolio to the vacancy. Prepare STAR stories, technical/case rounds, exam interviews and a 30-60-90 day answer.

Phase 7 · Selection, Joining & First 90 Days
Use a 30-60-90 day plan: learn systems and stakeholders, deliver one low-risk win, then own a measurable responsibility.

After 12–24 months, review performance evidence, market demand and qualification gaps. Select one depth track and one complementary skill.
