Phase 0 · Target, Eligibility & Reality Check
Audit degree, marks, subject eligibility and prior evidence against the target route: Learn principles → produce iterative case studies → internship/freelance → portfolio interviews. Take a diagnostic in Drawing/visual principles; design thinking; communication; digital literacy; user empathy; classify gaps as must-have, useful or optional.

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Complete bridge modules in weak subjects, with weekly tests and notes. Convert every topic into worked examples linked to UX, UI, Product, Graphic & Industrial Design.

Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Use a competency matrix to close gaps in Research; interaction/visual design; prototyping; usability; typography; portfolio storytelling; manufacturing basics where relevant. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
Create a notification-driven preparation plan, complete PYQs/mocks and maintain a document checklist. For degree/PhD routes, prepare statements, references and research evidence.

Phase 5 · Experience, Network & Professional Evidence
Target roles such as Design intern; junior UX/UI/graphic designer. Send focused applications, request feedback and track conversion rates by channel.

Tailor CV and portfolio to the vacancy. Prepare STAR stories, technical/case rounds, exam interviews and a 30-60-90 day answer.
