Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Strengthen school/college fundamentals in Business basics; communication; analytics; technology/process understanding; organisation. Use textbooks plus one structured course; solve weekly problems and practise communication.

Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Complete a structured curriculum covering Requirements; prioritisation; delivery planning; Agile; risk; metrics; user research. Pair each topic with a lab, case, answer-writing exercise or practical task.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Build progressively harder evidence: Product requirements document; launch plan; process dashboard; retrospective; portfolio case study. Seek internships, labs, clubs, competitions, volunteering or apprenticeship where appropriate.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
Plan prerequisites early. Use official syllabus/PYQs and preserve academic performance required for PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum or product credentials optional; MBA helpful for some tracks.
