Build progressively harder evidence: Strong thesis; peer-reviewed papers; teaching portfolio; research statement; 3–5 year research plan. Seek internships, labs, clubs, competitions, volunteering or apprenticeship where appropriate.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
