Phase 0 · Target, Eligibility & Reality Check

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Strengthen school/college fundamentals in Child development; communication; subject/physical foundations; inclusion; safety. Use textbooks plus one structured course; solve weekly problems and practise communication.

Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Complete a structured curriculum covering Specialised pedagogy; individual education plans; early-childhood practice or sports pedagogy; assessment. Pair each topic with a lab, case, answer-writing exercise or practical task.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Build progressively harder evidence: IEP or early-learning unit; adapted lesson; PE training plan; practicum evidence. Seek internships, labs, clubs, competitions, volunteering or apprenticeship where appropriate.
