Territorial Army Officer follows the Commissioned Officer – Army, Navy, Air Force & Coast Guard route.
Phase 0 · Target, Eligibility & Reality Check
Audit degree, marks, subject eligibility and prior evidence against the target route: Eligibility and medical audit → written/direct SSB route → SSB → medical → merit list → academy. Take a diagnostic in Mathematics where required; English; general knowledge; current affairs; fitness; leadership; classify gaps as must-have, useful or optional.

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Complete bridge modules in weak subjects, with weekly tests and notes. Convert every topic into worked examples linked to Commissioned Officer – Army, Navy, Air Force & Coast Guard.

Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Use a competency matrix to close gaps in NDA/CDS/AFCAT written preparation; SSB psychology, GTO and interview; medical standards. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
Create a notification-driven preparation plan, complete PYQs/mocks and maintain a document checklist. For degree/PhD routes, prepare statements, references and research evidence.

Phase 5 · Experience, Network & Professional Evidence
