Use a competency matrix to close gaps in Backend development; APIs; testing; system design; concurrency; security; version control. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.
