Take a diagnostic in Basic science; laboratory safety; measurements; documentation; spreadsheets; classify gaps as must-have, useful or optional.

Phase 1 · Foundation & Academic Base
Complete bridge modules in weak subjects, with weekly tests and notes. Convert every topic into worked examples linked to Laboratory, Scientific Technical & Quality Operations.

Phase 2 · Core Curriculum / Skill Stack
Use a competency matrix to close gaps in Instrumentation; calibration; SOPs; quality systems; sample handling; data integrity; troubleshooting. Practise under time limits and explain decisions, trade-offs and errors.

Phase 3 · Applied Practice, Projects & Field Exposure
Finish two role-relevant projects and one real-client, research, field, clinical or organisational experience. Document scope, method, result, limitations and your contribution.

Phase 4 · Exam, Credential, Licence or Advanced Qualification
Create a notification-driven preparation plan, complete PYQs/mocks and maintain a document checklist. For degree/PhD routes, prepare statements, references and research evidence.
